Evie - Gold 3 Light Semi Flush with Twisted Glass

Evie features a gold-finished frame with three gently curved arms extending from a circular ceiling plate. Each arm supports a rounded clear glass shade with a distinctive twisted pattern that creates a swirling decorative effect.

The transparent glass reveals the internal detailing and allows light to pass through its textured surface. Gold-coloured shade holders complement the curved frame, creating a coordinated appearance.

The three glass globes are arranged at different positions around the central fitting, giving the light an open, sculptural shape. Its combination of warm gold colouring and patterned glass works particularly well with contemporary, modern classic and decorative interiors.

The Evie ceiling light uses three replaceable G9 LED bulbs, with a maximum rating of 3.5W LED per bulb. Bulbs are not included, so they will need to be purchased separately.

Each glass shade houses a separate light source, helping spread illumination across several points rather than concentrating it in one position. The clear twisted glass allows light through while its swirling pattern adds a decorative element to the illuminated fitting.

The G9 bulb arrangement also provides flexibility when selecting the desired light colour. Warm white LED bulbs can help create a relaxed atmosphere in living rooms and bedrooms, while a cooler colour temperature may suit more functional spaces.

Evie is compatible with dimmable G9 LED bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

Designed for mains operation, the fitting sits close to the ceiling and is controlled through the room's electrical switching arrangement. Its 19 cm height makes it a practical alternative to a longer suspended chandelier where ceiling clearance is important.

• Living rooms requiring a decorative central ceiling light.
• Bedrooms where a compact chandelier-style fitting is preferred.
• Dining rooms with limited space for a hanging pendant.
• Hallways and entrance areas where ceiling clearance matters.
• Contemporary interiors featuring gold accents and glass details.
• Modern classic spaces combining curved shapes with decorative finishes.
• Rooms where three separate light sources are preferable to a single central bulb.

• Three-light design provides illumination from multiple positions around the fitting.
• Clear twisted glass shades add texture and decorative detail without concealing the glass globes.
• Gold finish complements warm interior colour schemes and metallic accessories.
• Semi-flush construction projects only 19 cm from the ceiling, reducing the drop compared with many pendant lights.
• 54 cm diameter creates a noticeable decorative feature without requiring a long suspension.
• Replaceable G9 LED bulbs allow individual lamps to be changed when necessary.
• Maximum 3.5W LED per bulb supports low-wattage LED lighting.
• Compatible with suitable dimmable G9 bulbs and a matching dimmer switch for adjustable brightness.
• Class I electrical construction provides a fitting designed for protective earthing.

• Combines the decorative appearance of a three-arm chandelier with a compact semi-flush ceiling design.
• Distinctive swirling glass shades provide visual interest even when the light is switched off.
• Three curved arms give the fitting a balanced, open appearance from different viewing angles.
• Separate G9 bulbs offer a choice of suitable LED colour temperatures to match the room's intended use.
• The gold and clear glass combination is versatile across contemporary and more traditionally decorated spaces.

Are bulbs included with the Searchlight Evie ceiling light?

No. The Evie requires three G9 LED bulbs, which must be purchased separately. Each bulb must not exceed the specified 3.5W LED maximum. You can choose a suitable colour temperature depending on whether you prefer warmer or cooler lighting.

Can the Evie 3 light ceiling fitting be dimmed?

Yes, it is compatible with dimmable G9 LED bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

Is the Evie suitable for rooms with lower ceilings?

Its semi-flush design has a height of 19 cm, making it more compact vertically than many suspended chandeliers. The fitting also measures 54 cm in diameter, so check both the available ceiling space and the clearance required below it before installation.

Can this ceiling light be installed in a bathroom?

Evie has an IP20 rating and is primarily intended for dry indoor locations. It is not designed for direct exposure to water or splashes. For bathroom installation, choose a fitting with an appropriate IP rating for the intended location and applicable electrical requirements.

Does the twisted glass affect the appearance of the light?

Yes. The three clear glass shades feature a swirling, twisted pattern that adds visible texture around each light source. The glass allows illumination to pass through while introducing decorative reflections and highlights, particularly when the bulbs are switched on.
