Payment

Findalight.com does not store or process any card information. We use secure payment gateways, including 3D Secure 2.0 provided by Stripe and Revolut. We also offer payment options via Google Pay and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology, which speeds up authentication and enhances security, giving shoppers a quick and secure checkout experience.

We must receive payment in advance before your order can be processed and dispatched.

Processing and Shipment

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. During the processing stage, you will receive an email with the estimated lead time. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. For more details, please refer to our section “Handling and Processing” and “Delivery Timeframes” on the Terms and Conditions page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

findalight.com does not offer a collection service. All orders must be delivered to customers by courier.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout with some exceptions.

*For orders weighing over 30kg, measuring more than 1.5 meters wide, or if it is a bulk order, additional delivery charges may apply. We will contact you to discuss this further if necessary.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. If shipped via DPD, the tracking number will be active within a few hours. DPD provides detailed delivery notifications, including real-time tracking updates and estimated delivery windows. For local Dublin deliveries, we may use a local courier to expedite delivery times. In such cases, the courier will call you before arriving, no tracking number will be provided.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

As we are a company based in Ireland, there are no additional customs charges for orders placed within Ireland and other EU countries. All prices on our website include VAT.

Damages

Any damages or shortages must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damages or shortages made beyond this period cannot be accepted. Refer to “Shortages or Damaged Items” on our Terms and Conditions page.
