Kalique - Chrome Pendant with Blue & White Glass Ø 18 cm

The Kalique-3 has a double-layer borosilicate glass diffuser. The satin inner glass surrounds the bulb, while the clear outer layer has a light blue Azzurro colour that gives the pendant its decorative character. The rounded, vertically shaped shade measures 18 cm in diameter and is suspended from a chrome-finished magnetic metal ceiling rose by a PVC cable.

The layered glass construction creates visual depth while keeping the design compact enough for use as a single pendant or as part of a repeated arrangement above a longer surface.

This pendant uses one replaceable E27 bulb, which is not included. Ideal Lux specifies a traditional bulb maximum of 42W and recommends an 8W E27 LED bulb. The double glass diffuser produces a diffuse light emission, with the satin inner layer helping to reduce the direct view of the light source.

The suspension height can be adjusted during installation from approximately 63.5 cm to 243.5 cm. This allows the shade to be positioned lower over a table or island, or raised where more clearance is needed.

Compatible with dimmable E27 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

Is the bulb included?

No. The pendant requires one E27 bulb, which must be purchased separately. Ideal Lux recommends an 8W E27 LED bulb, although the brightness and colour temperature can be selected to suit the room.

Can the pendant height be adjusted?

Yes. The suspension can be adjusted during installation from 635 mm to 2435 mm overall. This makes it suitable for positioning over a dining table, kitchen island or bedside area, as well as for rooms with higher ceilings.
