Cotton - White Pendant with White Glass ∅ 30 cm

The Cotton pendant has a rounded white diffuser made from acid-etched blown glass. Its smooth, softly curved shape gives the fitting a simple contemporary appearance without visible decorative detailing.

A white powder-coated metal frame and matching ceiling rose coordinate with the glass, while the transparent PVC cable helps the suspension appear less visually prominent. The ceiling rose uses a magnetic closure without visible screws, creating a particularly neat finish at ceiling level.

This pendant uses one replaceable E27 bulb, which must be purchased separately. The enclosed acid-etched glass diffuser spreads and softens the light from the central bulb, helping to reduce direct glare and produce general diffused illumination around the fitting.

Ideal Lux recommends a 10W E27 LED bulb with a warm white 3000K colour temperature. Other suitable E27 bulbs may be used provided the fitting's stated 42W traditional bulb limit is not exceeded.

The suspension can be adjusted during installation from approximately 45.5 cm to 223 cm overall, making it suitable for different ceiling heights and placement requirements. The current manufacturer technical sheet classifies this model as non-dimmable.

Is the Ideal Lux Cotton pendant dimmable?

No. The current manufacturer technical sheet identifies the Cotton SP1 D30 as non-dimmable.

Can this pendant be used in a bathroom?

The fitting has an IP20 rating and is intended for dry indoor areas. It does not provide protection against water, so it should not be installed in a bathroom zone or another location where moisture protection is required.

How large is the glass shade?

The rounded glass diffuser measures 30 cm in diameter. This size works well as a single pendant in a smaller area or as part of a repeated arrangement above a longer table or island.
