Jericho - Matt Black 2 Light over Island Fitting with Natural Rattan

The Jericho combines a matt black steel frame with natural rattan shades for a strong contrast between the dark linear structure and the warmer woven material. The rattan shades are handcrafted, adding natural texture around each of the two light sources while keeping the overall design visually light and open.

As rattan is a natural material, small variations in colour, grain and weave can occur between individual fittings. The 81 cm horizontal format makes the pendant particularly well suited to interiors where a single central pendant would not distribute the visual focus across a long surface.

Two B22 lampholders position the light sources at separate points along the 81 cm frame, helping distribute light across a dining table, island or breakfast bar rather than concentrating it in one central position. The bulbs are not included, so brightness and colour temperature can be selected to suit the room.

The fitting is suitable for B22 LED bulbs, with golf ball bulbs specified for this design. The woven rattan surrounds the lamps while leaving openings through the weave for light to pass through.

Compatible with dimmable B22 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

The suspension adjusts from 51 cm to 72 cm, providing some flexibility when positioning the pendant above a table or work surface. This is a mains-wired ceiling fitting intended for indoor use.

The fitting is rated IP20 and is intended for appropriate dry indoor locations. It should not be treated as a bathroom or outdoor fitting where a higher level of protection against moisture may be required.
