Kalique - Chrome Pendant with Amber & White Glass Ø 28 cm

The rounded shade is made from two layers of blown borosilicate glass. A satin-finished inner diffuser sits inside a transparent amber outer shade, creating visible depth while partially screening the bulb. Above the glass, a polished chrome metal canopy provides a clean contrast with the warmer amber colouring.

This shade is hand blown, so it is genuinely handmade rather than machine pressed. Small bubbles, subtle tooling marks and slight variation in pattern or colour are natural results of the glass blowing process, not faults.

The Kalique-1 uses one replaceable E27 bulb, which is sold separately. Its double-layer shade softens the direct view of the lamp through the satin inner glass, while the transparent amber outer layer adds warm colour to the fitting's appearance. Actual brightness and light colour depend on the E27 bulb selected.

LED bulbs are compatible, providing a choice of warm white, neutral white or other available colour temperatures. The pendant is also compatible with dimmable E27 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

The suspension can be shortened during installation, allowing the overall drop to be set between approximately 74 cm and 253.5 cm. This provides flexibility for positioning the shade at a practical height above furniture or within an open area.
