Techo - IP54 Surface-Mounted Anthracite Ceiling Light ∅ 15 cm

Techo has a straightforward cylindrical body made from die-cast aluminium and finished in anthracite. The restrained shape keeps the fitting visually compact when mounted directly to a ceiling.

A clear frosted tempered glass diffuser closes the lower face of the cylinder. This glass forms a neat visual finish while protecting the lamp within the fitting. With a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 15.3 cm, the proportions are substantial enough to be visible without creating a bulky ceiling feature.

The fitting uses one replaceable GU10 bulb, which is not supplied. Ideal Lux specifies a maximum lamp power of 20W and recommends a GU10 10W lamp producing 780 lumens at 4000K with CRI 80. A replaceable lamp holder means the bulb can be selected separately to suit the required brightness and colour temperature, provided it remains within the fitting's specification.

Light emission is direct, so the beam is projected downwards from the ceiling. This makes the Techo particularly useful above entrances, sheltered exterior circulation areas and similar locations where focused overhead illumination is required.

The current Ideal Lux technical sheet specifies this model as non-dimmable. It operates from a 220-240V AC mains supply and is a Class I fitting requiring an earth connection.
