Folk - Matt Brown 3 Light over Island Fitting

The Folk SP3 combines three rounded metal shades with a long rectangular ceiling cup. Both are finished in a matt coffee brown colour with a decorative oxidised effect.

Each shade has a corrugated white enamelled interior. The lighter inner surface provides a clear contrast with the darker exterior and helps reflect light downwards. Black fabric-covered suspension cables complete the industrial character of the fitting.

Three downward-facing shades distribute light from separate points across the 72 cm length of the pendant. This arrangement is particularly useful over dining tables, islands and counters where a single central bulb may leave the ends of the surface less evenly lit.

The fitting requires 3 E27 bulbs, which are not included. It is compatible with suitable E27 LED bulbs, so brightness and colour temperature can be selected according to the intended setting. The open lower sections of the shades direct most of the useful light downwards, while the white enamelled interiors help reflect it onto the surface below.

The suspension can be shortened during installation, with an overall adjustable height of approximately 42 cm to 104 cm. It is compatible with dimmable E27 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.
