Avelyn - Antique Brass 5 Light Semi Flush with Frosted & Clear Ribbed Glass

The Avelyn combines a steel structure in an antique brass finish with five tapered clear ribbed glass shades. Each outer shade has a vertical textured pattern that adds visible detail while leaving the lamp area on display. Frosted glass diffusers sit within the clear shades, creating a layered glass design rather than a completely open lamp arrangement.

The five arms spread out from the central ceiling fitting to create a broad 62 cm diameter. Its warm brass tone and decorative glass detailing give the light a modern classic character without requiring the long suspension associated with a chandelier or pendant.

Five G9 lampholders distribute light from separate positions across the fitting. Each accepts a G9 LED bulb with a verified maximum of 5W LED per bulb. Bulbs are not supplied, so five suitable G9 LED lamps are required.

The clear ribbed outer glass provides a decorative textured layer, while the frosted inner diffusers help reduce direct visibility of the individual lamps. The fitting is compatible with dimmable G9 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

With a projection of only 19.3 cm, the semi-flush arrangement keeps the fitting relatively close to the ceiling while still providing the visual presence of a multi-arm decorative light.

• Classic and contemporary interiors with warm brass details
• Dry indoor rooms where an IP20 fitting is appropriate

• Five separate light sources provide illumination across a broad 62 cm fitting.
• Semi-flush construction keeps the projection to 19.3 cm, making it practical where pendant height is limited.
• Antique brass finish introduces a warm metallic detail without confirming solid brass construction.
• Clear ribbed outer glass adds texture and decorative interest.
• Frosted glass diffusers help soften direct views of the G9 lamps.
• Replaceable G9 LED bulbs make individual lamps straightforward to replace when required.
• Compatible with dimmable G9 bulbs and a suitable matched dimmer switch.
• Class I construction provides an earthed mains-wired installation.

• Provides the decorative effect of a five-light fitting without a long suspended drop.
• Combines antique brass, clear ribbed glass and frosted glass for a layered appearance.
• Uses readily replaceable G9 LED bulbs rather than an integrated light source.
• The 62 cm diameter gives the fitting noticeable presence in medium to larger ceiling areas.
• Dimming compatibility provides additional control when suitable dimmable lamps and a matched dimmer are used.

Are the bulbs included with the Endon Avelyn 120757?

No. Five G9 LED bulbs must be purchased separately. The verified maximum is 5W LED per bulb, so each replacement lamp should remain within that limit.

Is the Avelyn 120757 dimmable?

Yes. It is compatible with dimmable G9 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

Is this ceiling light suitable for rooms with lower ceilings?

The fitting has a semi-flush design with a projection of 19.3 cm, so it sits considerably closer to the ceiling than a suspended pendant. Its overall diameter is 62 cm, which should also be checked against the available ceiling area.

Can the Endon Avelyn be used in a bathroom?

The fitting is rated IP20 and is intended for dry indoor locations. It does not have the higher ingress protection normally required for bathroom zones exposed to moisture or water.

What size is the Endon Avelyn 120757?

The fitting measures 62 cm in diameter and projects 19.3 cm from the ceiling. Its relatively shallow projection, combined with the wide five-arm layout, makes it suitable where decorative impact is wanted without a long hanging drop.
