Malaga - Antique Brass Picture Lamp

The Malaga has a classic picture-light profile with a slim horizontal shade, curved supporting arm and compact wall plate. Its mild steel construction is finished in antique brass, giving the fitting a traditional appearance that works particularly well with gilt, bronze-toned and dark timber picture frames.

The light bar measures 36 cm across and projects 17 cm from the wall. An adjustable knuckle joint between the arm and light bar provides useful positioning flexibility without changing the traditional character of the fitting.

Two E14 bulbs provide illumination from two points across the width of the fitting. The adjustable head can be angled so the light is directed towards the picture rather than simply onto the surrounding wall. Bulbs are not included, allowing suitable E14 bulbs to be selected separately.

LED bulbs can be used. Where no product-specific maximum LED wattage has been confirmed by the manufacturer, up to 8W LED per bulb is recommended. The fitting is compatible with dimmable E14 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

A pull cord switch on the fitting provides direct on/off operation.

What bulbs does the Searchlight Malaga picture light use?

Can the angle of the light be adjusted?
