Spring - Black & Gold 4 Light over Island Fitting

The Spring has a linear design with four matching metal shades suspended beneath a rectangular black ceiling bar. Each shade is formed from overlapping curved bands in black and gold, leaving the bulb visible through the open structure. The contrast between the dark outer elements and gold detailing gives the pendant a decorative contemporary appearance without relying on glass or fabric shades.

With a length of 91 cm, the fitting has proportions particularly suited to longer surfaces such as dining tables and kitchen islands. The four suspension points maintain an orderly linear arrangement while the sculptural shades provide the main decorative feature.

Four E14 lampholders position the light sources at regular intervals along the 91 cm bar, helping distribute illumination across an elongated surface. The open metal shades do not fully enclose the bulbs, so the chosen lamps remain an important part of both the appearance and lighting effect.

Bulbs are not included. LED E14 bulbs can be used, making it possible to choose a suitable brightness and colour temperature for the room. Where no product-specific LED maximum has been confirmed, an LED bulb of up to 8W per lampholder is recommended.

The suspension cables are adjustable during installation, allowing the fitting to be positioned at a suitable drop above a dining table, breakfast bar or kitchen island. It is compatible with dimmable E14 bulbs, when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

Are the bulbs included with the Searchlight Spring pendant?

No. The fitting requires four E14 bulbs, which must be purchased separately. Suitable E14 LED bulbs can be selected according to the brightness and colour temperature required for the room.

Can the height of the Spring 85583-4BGO be adjusted?

Yes. The four shades are suspended on adjustable cables, allowing the drop to be set during installation. The current manufacturer specification gives a maximum overall height of 110 cm.

Can this pendant be dimmed?

Is this light suitable for a kitchen island or dining table?
