Belle - Chrome 3 Light Flush with Clear Acrylic

The Searchlight 700758 features a circular ceiling plate in a polished chrome finish, complemented by numerous clear acrylic droplets arranged at different hanging lengths.

Faceted teardrop decorations form a cascading arrangement beneath the fitting. Smaller acrylic beads connect the larger drops, adding detail and creating a layered appearance. The three G9 lampholders sit within the decorative arrangement, while the reflective chrome surfaces help distribute light between the suspended elements.

Constructed from mild steel and acrylic, the fitting has the visual character of a small crystal chandelier without using genuine crystal. Its decorative profile combines classic chandelier-inspired detailing with a contemporary chrome finish.

Three replaceable G9 LED bulbs provide illumination from separate positions within the fitting. The clear acrylic drops catch and reflect light, creating decorative highlights around the ceiling light.

Each lampholder is rated for a maximum of 3W LED. The bulbs are not included, so three suitable G9 LED bulbs must be purchased separately.

The colour temperature and brightness depend on the bulbs selected. Warm white bulbs can help create a softer appearance in bedrooms and living rooms, while neutral white bulbs may suit spaces where a less warm light is preferred.

Compatible with dimmable G9 bulbs, when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

The fitting is designed for mains-wired ceiling installation. Its IP20 rating makes it suitable for dry indoor areas rather than locations exposed to moisture or water spray.

Are the bulbs included with the Searchlight 700758?

No. The fitting requires three G9 LED bulbs, which must be purchased separately. Each bulb must be rated at no more than 3W LED. You can choose the colour temperature to suit the room, provided the selected bulbs are compatible with the fitting.

Can this ceiling light be dimmed?

Yes. The fitting is compatible with dimmable G9 LED bulbs when connected to a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

Is this ceiling light suitable for a room with a low ceiling?

The fitting measures 23 cm high and 25 cm across, making it more compact than many suspended chandeliers. However, the hanging acrylic drops extend below the ceiling plate, so the available headroom and position of the light should be considered before installation.

Are the hanging drops made from real crystal?

No. The decorative drops are made from clear faceted acrylic rather than genuine crystal. They are designed to catch and reflect light, creating a crystal-like appearance. The fitting combines these acrylic decorations with a mild steel structure in a chrome finish.

Can the Searchlight 700758 be installed in a bathroom?

The fitting has an IP20 rating and is intended for dry indoor environments. It is not designed for exposure to moisture or water spray. For bathroom installations, choose lighting with an appropriate IP rating for the intended bathroom zone.
