Lumen - Sand CCT over Island Fitting with Clear Diffuser

The Lumen Rings pendant features three circular lighting elements suspended beneath a long, rectangular ceiling canopy. The rings overlap visually and hang at different levels, creating a layered composition with a distinctive architectural appearance.

Finished in sand, the fitting has a soft neutral colour that complements modern interiors without the stronger contrast of black or polished metallic finishes. Clear and white diffuser detailing forms part of the illuminated rings, creating a clean, continuous lighting design.

The separate suspension cables contribute to the light, open appearance, while the 80 cm overall length makes the pendant particularly suited to elongated spaces and furniture arrangements.

The pendant uses a built-in 40W SMD LED light source, providing illumination around all three suspended rings. The integrated LEDs are included, so separate bulbs are not required.

Three selectable colour temperatures provide flexibility for different lighting preferences:

• 2700K - Warm white light with a softer, warmer appearance.
• 3000K - Warm white light with a slightly more neutral appearance.
• 4000K - Neutral white light for a clearer, cooler lighting effect.

The manufacturer specifies corresponding light outputs of 5307, 5682 and 5586 lumens, respectively, providing substantial illumination for larger living and dining areas.

Three-stage dimming can be operated using a standard wall switch, enabling the brightness to be adjusted without requiring a separate dimmer control.

The adjustable suspension also allows the hanging arrangement to be adapted to the available ceiling height. Light is distributed through the ring diffusers rather than exposed individual bulbs, helping to create an even, decorative lighting effect.

Does the Searchlight Lumen Rings pendant require separate bulbs?

No. The pendant has a built-in 40W SMD LED light source, so there is no need to purchase separate bulbs. The integrated LEDs illuminate the three suspended rings and are not designed to be replaced like conventional screw-fit or bayonet bulbs.

Can I dim the Lumen Rings pendant?

Yes. The manufacturer specifies three-stage dimming through a standard wall switch. This provides a choice of brightness levels without requiring a separate wall dimmer, making it convenient to adjust the lighting for everyday use.

Can the colour temperature be changed?

Yes. The integrated LED system offers three colour temperature settings: 2700K, 3000K and 4000K. These provide a choice between warmer and more neutral white light, so the lighting can be selected to suit the room and preferred appearance.

Is the suspension height adjustable?

Yes. The pendant has an adjustable suspension, allowing the hanging arrangement to be tailored to the room. Its specified total height is 150 cm. The minimum possible installed height is not stated, so the available ceiling clearance should be considered when planning the installation.

Is this pendant suitable for bathrooms or outdoor installation?

No. With an IP20 rating, the Lumen Rings pendant is intended for suitable dry indoor locations. It is a more appropriate choice for dining rooms, kitchens, living areas and stairwells than for outdoor locations or areas exposed to moisture or water splashes.
