Monarch - Gold 3 Light Semi Flush with Crystal

The Monarch features a mild steel structure in a painted gold finish, complemented by numerous clear K9 crystal elements. The crystals are arranged in decorative tiers around the fitting, creating a layered appearance that gives the ceiling light a chandelier-inspired character.

Its open arrangement allows the gold structure and crystal decoration to remain visible rather than being concealed behind a conventional fabric or glass shade. Light passing through and reflecting from the clear crystals can produce attractive highlights across the fitting.

With a width of 35 cm and a fixed height of 32 cm, the design offers substantial decorative detail without the extended suspension of a traditional hanging chandelier. It works particularly well with classic, modern classic and elegant contemporary interiors.

The Monarch is a three-light ceiling fitting designed for replaceable E14 bulbs. Using separate light sources helps distribute illumination through the crystal arrangement, while the clear K9 crystal elements reflect and refract some of the light, adding sparkle and visual texture.

E14 candle-shaped LED bulbs are recommended for the fitting. Their slim profile suits the decorative construction and helps maintain the intended appearance. The bulbs are not included, so the preferred colour temperature and brightness can be selected separately.

The manufacturer lists a traditional maximum of 60W per bulb. Where a product-specific LED maximum has not been established, an LED bulb rated up to 8W per holder is recommended.

The fitting is compatible with dimmable E14 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

As a fixed semi-flush fitting, the Monarch mounts close to the ceiling without an adjustable suspension cable or chain. Its IP20 rating makes it suitable for dry indoor environments.

Can the Monarch 13323-3GO be dimmed?

Yes. The fitting is compatible with dimmable E14 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly. This gives you the option of adjusting the brightness for different activities.

Is this ceiling light suitable for rooms with low ceilings?

The semi-flush design is more compact than a traditional suspended chandelier, with a fixed height of 32 cm. It can be suitable for rooms with moderately low ceilings, provided there is sufficient clearance underneath. Check your ceiling height and the intended installation position before purchasing.

Can the Monarch ceiling light be installed in a bathroom?

The Monarch has an IP20 rating and is intended for dry indoor environments. It is not designed for areas exposed to water splashes or significant moisture. For bathroom installations, select a fitting with an appropriate IP rating for the relevant bathroom zone.

Does the crystal decoration affect the light?

Yes. The clear K9 crystal elements reflect and refract some of the light produced by the bulbs, creating decorative highlights around the fitting. The overall brightness and colour of the illumination will depend on the E14 bulbs selected.
