Rue - Black Wall Lamp with Clear Glass Rods IP44

The Rue wall light features a contemporary cylindrical form with a black finish and a series of closely spaced clear glass rods. These vertical glass elements create a distinctive ribbed appearance while leaving the light source visible through the decorative structure.

Its combination of dark metal and transparent glass provides contrast that works particularly well with modern bathroom fittings, monochrome interiors and simple architectural detailing.

Standing 35 cm high, the fitting has a relatively narrow 10 cm width. The curved front and vertical detailing give the wall light a decorative presence without requiring a particularly wide mounting area.

The Rue uses an integrated 12W SMD LED light source, producing 919 lumens at a colour temperature of 3000K. This warm white illumination is suitable for everyday indoor lighting and can help create a comfortable atmosphere in bathrooms, hallways and living areas.

The clear glass rods allow light to pass through the cylindrical structure while adding decorative detail to the illuminated fitting. Unlike an opaque shade, the transparent construction retains the visible character of the light.

The integrated LED is supplied as part of the fitting, so separate bulbs are not required. There is no conventional replaceable bulb holder.

The manufacturer confirms that the light is dimmable, although a specific compatible dimmer type is not identified. The installation instructions also show a pull-cord control, providing a convenient means of switching the light on and off.

Its IP44 protection makes the Rue suitable for appropriate bathroom locations where resistance to splashing water is required. Bathroom installation must follow the applicable electrical regulations and permitted installation zones.

Does the Rue wall light require separate LED bulbs?

No. The fitting includes an integrated 12W SMD LED light source, producing 919 lumens of warm white light at 3000K. There is no conventional bulb holder, so separate E14, E27 or other replacement bulbs are not required.
