The Cage combines a black metal frame with five clear glass tube shades arranged in a straight line. Its rectangular open-frame construction gives the pendant a strong geometric appearance without enclosing the light sources behind opaque material. A matching rectangular ceiling bar supports the fitting using two suspension chains together with suspension wires. The clear glass keeps the bulbs visible and allows their appearance to contribute to the finished look.
