Odeon - Matt Varnished Magnetic LED over Island Fitting with White Glass

Six white glass globes hang at staggered heights beneath a rectangular ceiling canopy, creating a balanced linear composition. Each diffuser is paired with a slim cylindrical metal section featuring a subtle striped decoration. Black PVC cables provide a defined contrast against the white and light-toned components.

The acid-etched glass gives the globes a softly opaque surface rather than a clear appearance. 

The fitting contains six integrated COB LED light sources with a combined power of 39W. They produce a 3000K warm white light and provide 5500 lumens of useful output. The six separate diffusers distribute light along the 88 cm length, making the pendant particularly suitable above elongated surfaces.

White acid-etched glass diffuses the LEDs and helps reduce the harshness of direct light. A CRI above 90 supports more natural-looking colours in dining areas, kitchens and living spaces.

The suspension height can be adjusted during installation from approximately 56 cm to 253 cm. The integrated LED modules and electronic driver are included and may only be replaced by a qualified professional.

Are the LED light sources included?

Yes. Six integrated COB LED sources and the electronic driver are supplied as part of the fitting. Separate bulbs are not required.

Can the Ideal Lux Odeon SP6 Linear be dimmed?

No. The manufacturer specifies this model as non-dimmable with on/off operation. It should be connected to a standard wall switch rather than a dimmer control.

Can the suspension height be adjusted?

Yes. The cables can be adjusted during installation, providing an overall drop from approximately 56 cm to 253 cm. The final position should be set by the installer to suit the ceiling and surface below.

Is this pendant suitable for a bathroom or outdoor area?

No. Its IP20 rating is intended for dry indoor locations. It should not be installed outdoors or in bathroom zones where protection from moisture or water is required.

Can the integrated LEDs be replaced?

The LED modules and built-in driver are replaceable only by qualified professionals. They are not designed for routine user replacement in the same way as standard bulbs.
