Lumiere - Black LED Pendant with White & Grey Glass

The Lumiere-1 SP combines a matt-painted metal frame with decorative hand-blown glass forms in glossy white and transparent grey. These rounded elements are arranged around a slim white tubular diffuser, giving the pendant an organic, asymmetrical outline.

A matt black ceiling rose provides a defined contrast above the glass arrangement, while the clear PVC suspension cable keeps the connection visually discreet. The ceiling rose also incorporates a magnetic closure for a neat finished appearance after installation.

This pendant contains a 27W integrated LED source, so separate bulbs are not required. The LED produces 3550 lumens of warm white light at 3000K, providing useful illumination for general room lighting while maintaining a comfortable colour tone for dining and living spaces.

Light is distributed through the central white tubular diffuser, which helps soften the appearance of the LED source and provides diffuse illumination. A colour rendering index above 80 supports natural-looking everyday colour reproduction.

The fitting is operated by a standard on/off wall switch and is not dimmable. Its suspension height can be adjusted during installation between 950 mm and 2755 mm. This allows the pendant to be positioned closer to a dining table or shortened for rooms where additional overhead clearance is needed.

Does this pendant require separate bulbs?

No. The Lumiere-1 SP has a built-in 27W LED source, so there are no replaceable bulbs to purchase or install. The integrated LED and its central diffuser are supplied as part of the fitting.

Can the Ideal Lux Lumiere-1 SP be dimmed?

No. The integrated LED driver is designed for standard on/off operation, and the pendant is not dimmable. It should be connected to a suitable on/off wall switch rather than a dimmer switch.

Is the suspension height adjustable?

Yes. The overall height can be adjusted during installation from 950 mm to 2755 mm. The final position should be selected before installation is completed, taking the ceiling height, furniture placement and required clearance into account.

Is this pendant suitable for a bathroom or outdoor area?

No. Its IP20 rating is intended for dry indoor locations and does not provide protection against water. It should not be installed outdoors or within bathroom zones where a higher IP rating is required.

How much light does the pendant produce?

The integrated LED produces 3550 lumens at a warm white colour temperature of 3000K. This makes it suitable for general lighting in many living and dining spaces, although the result will also depend on the room size, layout and surrounding finishes.
