The Rudy AP1 Round Nero has a compact, understated design with a rounded wall plate and cylindrical adjustable spotlight head. Ideal Lux specifies a die-cast aluminium construction with a black powder-coated finish. The GU10 lampholder is LED compatible, so the supplied lamp can be replaced with another suitable GU10 LED bulb when required. The fitting is compatible with dimmable GU10 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.
