Oil - Grey Concrete Pendant ∅ 15 cm

The Oil-1 pendant has a sculpted grey cement shade with a narrow upper section and a wider open base. The visible texture and natural tonal variation of cement complement industrial, loft-inspired and minimalist interiors.

A matt black metal ceiling rose and black cable provide a defined contrast with the lighter concrete shade. At only 15 cm in diameter, the fitting has enough visual presence to introduce texture without dominating a compact room or crowded installation.

The pendant uses one replaceable E27 bulb, which is positioned inside the open-bottomed cement shade. Light is directed mainly downwards, making the fitting particularly useful above counters, tables and other defined surfaces.

The bulb is not included, so its brightness and colour temperature can be selected to suit the room. An LED bulb is recommended for efficient everyday use. No product-specific maximum LED wattage could be verified, so a bulb of up to 10W LED is recommended in accordance with the verified traditional 60W bulb rating.

The suspension can be shortened during installation to provide a total height between approximately 50 and 225 cm. It is compatible with dimmable E27 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulb and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

Is the bulb included with the Ideal Lux Oil-1 pendant?

Is the Oil-1 suitable for a bathroom or outdoor area?

No. Its IP20 rating is intended for dry indoor locations. It should not be installed outdoors or in bathroom zones where protection against moisture or splashing water is required.
