Evora - Brushed Aged Brass Semi Flush with Opal Ribbed Glass ∅ 34 cm

The Evora pairs a warm brushed aged brass finish with a rounded gloss opal glass shade. Vertical ribbing across the glass creates a decorative textured surface, while the opaque opal finish keeps the bulb from being directly visible.

Steel and glass construction combines the metallic ceiling detail with the softer appearance of the opal shade. The restrained shape and warm brass colouring suit contemporary and modern classic interiors, while the flush format keeps the fitting visually compact on the ceiling.

This ceiling light uses one E27 LED bulb with a verified maximum of 10W LED. The bulb is purchased separately, allowing you to choose a suitable colour temperature and lumen output for the room.

The gloss opal glass surrounds the light source and diffuses the illumination rather than leaving the bulb exposed. This makes the fitting suitable for general ambient lighting in everyday living areas.

As a mains-wired ceiling fitting with a replaceable E27 bulb, it is compatible with dimmable E27 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

The fitting is Class I and must be earthed. Its IP20 rating is intended for dry indoor locations rather than areas requiring protection from moisture.

What bulb does the Endon Evora 122078 use?

It uses one E27 LED bulb with a maximum rating of 10W LED per bulb. The bulb is not included, so you can select the colour temperature and lumen output that best suits your room.

Is the Endon Evora 122078 dimmable?

Yes. It is compatible with dimmable E27 bulbs when paired with a suitable dimmer switch. The bulbs and dimmer switch need to be matched to each other for dimming to work properly.

Is this ceiling light suitable for low ceilings?

The flush format keeps the fitting relatively close to the ceiling, with a projection of 26.4 cm. This makes it a useful option where a hanging pendant would create more drop than desired.

Can the Evora 122078 be used in a bathroom?

The fitting is rated IP20 and is intended for normal dry indoor locations. It should not be selected for a bathroom position that requires a higher level of moisture protection.

Does the opal glass hide the bulb?

Yes. The E27 bulb sits behind the gloss opal ribbed glass shade rather than remaining openly visible. The opal glass also helps diffuse the light and gives the fitting a softer illuminated appearance.
