    1.2 We offer a 28-day return policy, allowing customers to return items if they are not satisfied for any reason. To initiate a return, customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Once the return request is approved and instructions are sent to the customer, the item must be returned to us within 14 days from receiving the return instructions.

  3. Items eligible for return:
    3.1 We accept returns for items in their original condition, have not been used, installed or modified in any way.
    3.2 Items must be returned in their original product box with all packaging, including plastic covering, protective foam, instructions manuals and labels, to qualify for a refund.
    3.3 Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipment.

  4. Exceptions to our returns policy:
    4.1 Some items, such as bespoke personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.
    4.2 Cost of delivery is a non-refundable service fee.
    4.3 Any damages upon delivery or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of arrival; we will not be able to accept claims for damages or shortages outside this time frame window.
